Three People run after taxi ride:

Friendswood,  Texas 77546 Police Blog:

March 13 (6:54 a.m.) Paul Thomas Houston, 27, of Houston, Arron Cooley, 24, of Friendswood, and Lyndsey Cooley, 22, of Friendswood, were charged with Theft of Service. A taxi cab driver called police when three fares got out of his cab in the 5400 block of Abercreek without paying. The cab driver told police that he had picked up three passengers around 4:30 a.m. in the 16300 block of Oxnard, he drove them around Houston and then dropped them off around 6:50 a.m. The officers followed footprints that indicated that someone had jumped a wooden privacy fence into the backyard of a residence in the 5400 block of Appleblossom Lane where they were found in a garage apartment. Initially, Paul Houston identified himself as John Houston, but to his dismay, John Houston had a warrant for his arrest. When Houston found out he was also being arrested for an outstanding warrant, he gave officers his true name and they charged him with Failure to Identify also. Houston’s prior arrests include theft and alcohol offenses. Arron Cooley has prior arrests for drugs, alcohol, burglary and DWI. Lyndsey Cooley has prior arrests for theft, alcohol and drugs. All were booked into the jail.
